Director Pa Ranjith who had previously worked on two films that focused on highly regional favour has upped the game with Rajinikanth’s Kabali. The film that is said to revolve around an ageing don has been shot extensively in Malaysia. Considering the fact that Rajinikanth is a huge star in the Asian market, the director has taken moves to make the movie truly international.

The crew is currently shooting in ECR, Chennai. Sources confirm that the film’s Music Director Santhosh Narayanan is also working on International collaborations for Kabali.
