TamilRockers & DVDRockers, the online movie piracy site that has been giving sleepless nights to Kollywood producers and distributors, have been arrested by the Anti-piracy wing of Kerala.

The team has been uploading the pirated versions of Tamil, Telugu, English, Malayalam and other language films on their site. Surprisingly, the site became popular among Tamil movie buffs owing to a fairly large demand and supply chain and the demand saw a steep curve owing to the skyrocketing FDFS ticket rates.

In spite of repeated warnings from Vishal on behalf of the Nadigar Sangam, the team continued to upload their online copies and even challenged the film industry to put an end to it.

Reports coming in from Kerala suggest that their Anti-piracy wing has nabbed 3 Admins of TamilRockers and 2 Admins belonging to DVDRockers. The ongoing investigations will decide the future of the online platforms.
