The Vijay Sethupathi and Yuvan Shankar Raja duo came together for the first time in ‘Dharmadurai’. Their second film together ‘Idam Porul Yaeval’ is awaiting release. Subsequently, Yuvan Shankar Raja will be working alongside his father Ilaiyaraaja and brother Karthik Raja for the upcoming film ‘Mamanithan’ also starring Vijay Sethupathi.

For the fourth time, the actor-composer duo will be joining hands for a Arun Kumar directorial that is yet to be titled. Touted to be a family drama, the project is expected to go on floors in Tenkasi and Malaysia, by mid of April, with Anjali playing the female lead. Bankrolled by SN Rajarajan of K Productions, the team has Vijay Karthik Kannan as cinematographer. The director has already worked with Vijay Sethupathi in ‘Pannaiyaarum Padminiyum’ and ‘Sethupathi’.

Vijay Sethupathi is already working on ‘96’, ‘Super Deluxe’, ‘Junga’, ‘Seethakaathi’, ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’ and ‘Chekka Chivantha Vaanam’ in various stages of production.
