The 65th National Film Awards were announced in New Delhi on Friday. Held at the PIB Conference Room at Shastri Bhawan, the jury of the awards was headed by veteran director Shekhar Kapur. The panel members included screenwriter Imtiaz Hussain, lyricist Mehboob, South Indian actress Gautami Tadimalla, Kannada director P Sheshadri, Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, Ranjit Das, Rajesh Mapuskar, Tripurari Sharma and Rumi Jaffrey.
