The Bilinngual ‘Veeramadevi’ starring Sunny Leone began shooting in February. Directed by ‘Thambi Vettothi Sundaram, Soukarpetta’ director, V. C. Vadivudaiyan.
The big-budget with extensive CG work is a period drama. Sunny Leone plays a warrior princess, who in preparation for the role has undergone intensive training in sword fighting and horse-riding. The film marks her debut in South-Indian Film Industry. The film will release in five languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi) Produced by Ponse Stephen under the Steves Corner banner.
The actress is also said to have given 150 days for the project. The music will be composed by Amrish Ganesh who has earlier composed for Raghava Lawrence’s ‘Motta Shiva Ketta Shiva’.
While, Actor Navdeep will be playing the villain in the film, the latest buzz is that ‘Fitoor’ Actress Tabu is in talks for a pivotal role in the film.
